30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all PrimeAxis products. Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging.

How to Return

1. Contact [email protected] with your order number
2. Receive a return authorization and shipping label
3. Ship the item back in original packaging
4. Refund processed within 5-10 business days of receipt

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the customer responsibility unless the item is defective.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized items (e.g., custom-engraved TAPiTAG medallions) are not eligible for return unless defective.
